For all sale purchases we offer exchanges for different sizes or alternative items where available. If an exchange is not suitable, we can offer full store credit for the value of the returned item.
*PLEASE NOTE -
Original postage and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
For orders placed via Humm, refunds will be issued as store credit.
Delivery
If you require urgent delivery, please contact us before purchasing to confirm that your order can arrive on time.
Once goods have been dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by the courier company. Please note that all items are carefully packed and protected prior to shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
- You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to return an item.
- Please contact us via email at sales@luxstreet101.com before shipping your return so we can confirm the return address.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service for returns, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or untracked parcels.
- Items must be returned in perfect, original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Exchanges must be of equal or higher value.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed once returned items are received and inspected.
- Please note that original and return postage costs are non-refundable.
- Items must be returned in their original box and packaging, including all contents such as spare laces, dust bags, shoe filler paper, etc.
- Returned products must show no signs of wear or odour. Items that are worn, damaged, or returned incomplete will be sent back to the customer.
We kindly ask for your patience with all return, exchange, and refund queries, as we are continuously working with our clientele and aim to respond as quickly as possible.
