For all sale purchases we can offer exchanges for different sizes or different items if the products don't fit when they arrive.
If this does not suit we can offer you a full store credit for the amount of the product that you returned. Please note that we can not offer refunds on sale items as there is little or no profit margin for us on most of the sale items.
Dispatch time may vary according to availability and is subject to any unforeseen delays.
We are not held responsible for the loss or damage caused by the Courier Company. We always offer our client's the standard or tracked delivery preference.
For all products in stock, dispatch time is 1-3 working days (Excluding weekend and public holidays). Should you require delivery urgently please contact us ASAP before purchasing to confirm goods will arrive on time. Please note some items can be shipped from an external warehouse and delivery times can vary for these items. This will be noted in the products description.
Once goods have been dispatched, we are not held responsible for any loss or damage caused by the courier company. We always ensure items are carefully packed and protected.
All Returns for exchanges must be sent back within 14 days of your delivery date. We recommend to use a service that ensures you can insure and track your returns. They must be in perfect original sale condition. Items must not be worn and all tags/packaging must be intact. Exchanges must be of similar or higher value.
PLEASE NOTE : As profit margins are very small in our sales we cannot refund your original postage or return cost and also for any returns we will deduct a 3% processing fee before we issue you any refunds. If you wish to cancel an order that you have place on our website the 3% processing fee will also be deducted before any money is refunded. For orders placed via Klarna the processing fee of 4% will be deducted before any money is refunded.
We cannot cancel/refund any orders placed via Humm. We will only offer exchanges or store credit for these orders.
Any returned items must be in its original box and packaging with all original contents included such as spare laces dustbags shoe filler paper etc.
Items must have no signs of wear or odor. If products are returned with wear / damage, these will be returned back to the customer.
