Delivery & Returns
*UK CUSTOMERS ONLY -
For all UK orders we cannot offer any refunds, we can only offer full store credit or exchange for another product.
*SALE ITEMS T&C's -
For all sale purchases we can offer exchanges for different sizes or different items if the products don't fit when they arrive.
If this does not suit we can offer you a full store credit for the amount of the product that you returned. Please note that we can not offer refunds on sale items as there is little or no profit margin for us on most of the sale items.
*PLEASE NOTE -
As profit margins are very small in our sales we cannot refund your original postage or return cost and also for any returns we will deduct a 3% processing fee before we issue you any refunds. If you wish to cancel an order that you have place on our website the 3% processing fee will also be deducted before any money is refunded.
For orders placed via Klarna the processing fee of 4% will be deducted before any money is refunded.
We cannot cancel/refund any orders placed via Humm. We will only offer exchanges or store credit for these orders.
Delivery
If you require urgent delivery, please contact us before purchasing to confirm that your order can arrive on time.
Once goods have been dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by the courier company. Please note that all items are carefully packed and protected prior to shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns for exchange must be sent back within 14 days of your purchase date.
- Please contact us via email at sales@luxstreet101.com before shipping your return so we can confirm the return address.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service for returns, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or untracked parcels.
- Items must be returned in perfect, original sale condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Exchanges must be of equal or higher value.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed once items are received and inspected.
- Please note that original and return postage costs are non-refundable.
- Items must be returned in their original box and packaging, including all contents such as spare laces, dust bags, shoe filler paper, etc.
- Returned products must show no signs of wear or odour. Items that are worn, damaged, or returned incomplete will be sent back to the customer.
We kindly ask for your patience with all return, exchange, and refund queries, as we are continuously working with our clientele and aim to respond as quickly as possible.
